A small meeting was held to discuss about the last year SB activities (2018- 2019) and to summit the report of 2019-2020, considering the detailed plans and agendas for the forthcoming SB events and activities. About two social events, five technical events and three or four non-technical events were roughly planned along with the completion of various fields mentioned as per the form provided by IEEE and the completed full report was uploaded during this meeting. An approximate total amount of Rs.25000 was estimated as rebate for the last year 2018-2019.
